NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
The first Tuesday of August each year marks the annual National Night Out Against Crime and Drugs. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. Neighbors participate across thousands of communities from all 50 states, United States territories, Canadian cities, and military bases worldwide.
Racine Neighborhood Watch, Inc. has been helping local residents mark this annual event for 29 years. The event had to be postponed and then cancelled in 2020. We are looking to bring it back in 2021, if it is safe to do so. Call our office for the latest information on this event.
If you are looking for suggestions on how to organize a National Night Out event (annually, the first Tuesday of August) or a list of fun activities to engage a variety of age groups, please contact our office at (262) 637-5711.
